Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, please make sure that:

⚠️ Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund as quickly as possible.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Perishable goods

  • Hazardous materials (including flammable or spray products)


🔄 Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the easiest solution is to return the original product and place a new order once your refund has been processed.


🇪🇺 EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

Customers located in the European Union are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. During this time, unused items may be returned for a full refund without providing a reason.
